Poor Management belongs in the dumpster thats in the middle of the road!!

Upon arrival at the luxurious apts. at berkeley run I have run into many ridiculous eyesores such as gates not working for about two weeks, 2 dumpsters sitting in the middle of the road and an inside alarm problem which took aweek to fix. Lack of management I think so. The place is great aside from the poor response time from management to fix things around the complex i.e. the above listed. Furthermore I would like to point out that the broken dumpster sitting in the middle of the road is a hazard to all who live in this community.....Hello it is in the middle of the freakin road people!!!!!
