USED TO BE NICE.LAST 3 YEARS HAS GONE TO CRAP.MANTAINENCE SUX.YOU HAVE TO TELL THEM MANY TIME TO DO A SINGLE REPAIR.I STILL GOT STUFF THE WRONG.MY APARTMENT NOW LEAKS ON ONE SIDE AND LEAKS BEHIND THE WINDOWS ON ANOTHER SIDE.I FEEL MY HEALTH IS IN DANGER FROM MOLD. I GOT VERY GOOD VIDEOS OF IT ALL.ID BE GLAD TO SHARE WITH YOU AND THE NEWS. THERE PRICED ABOUT $150 MORE THAN SURROUNDING APARTMENTS. ID MOVE TO ANOTHER BUILDING BUT ITS CHEAPER TO JUST MOVE OUT, I CONSTANTLY HAVE COMPLAINTS OVER AND OVER AGAIN FOR THE SAME STUFF. MY SPARE BEDROOM LEAKED FROM THE CIELING FOR THE LAST 4 YEARS , NEVER MOVED BECAUSE THE KEPT CUTTING MONEY OFF MY RENT TO MAKE UP. ID RATHER HAVE IT LIVABLE THAN DISCOUNTED.I HAVNT SEEN THE GUTTERS CLEANED IN 3 YEARS.NOW CONTRIBUTES TO THE LEAKS.

that's how i type when im upset or just damn angry...LIKE THIS!.thanx Andrew for getting to the one leak.took longer than i think it should but much better than the old crew.and Corey,i know you got your hands full here.thanx for doing what you can.and dont make fun of my caps.i ony gots a fift grad levle.
