I wouldn't live here...

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004
 
I have been here a few years and I just don't want to spend the money to move...yet! Otherwise, I wouldn't chose this place!

The quality has gone down-hill subsequent to the initial lease. They NEVER repair anything correctly on the first or second attempt...

The price is 'right' but because of the economy, the price is right everywhere!
