EXCELLENT COMMUNITY, GREAT PLACE TO LIVE!!!!!!MANAGEMENT AND STAFF ARE SUPERB AND ALWAYS ATTENTIVE. THEY GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO MAKE LIVING HERE AN ABSOLUTE PLEASURE, AND THEY ARE CONSTANTLY UPGRADING AND IMPROVING THE COMMUNITY, OUR HOMES AND THE LIFESTYLE! OUR STAFF GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY TO MAKE THESE APARTMENTS OUR HOME.

Beware. This review was written by a member of management and is so far the TOTAL opposite of the truth, its not even funny. They also may want to learn how to not use all caps and shout at you, and stop using words like "lifestyle" (right out of a leasing manager and leasing company training session) as these words gives them away as does everything else they wrote. Any fool that reads that and doesnt think its from management, is just that, a fool! They wrongfully damage this site and should not be tolerated. The is without question the worst possible management you will ever live with. We can imagine no worse. They are truly that bad. People who lie and tell falsehoods about people will receive it back. In that spirit, this is a true, honest review and a fully accurate description of the corrupt, terrible people who run this place. The community manager, aside from being totally incompetent, incomparably insensitive, mind bogglingly mean spirited, dictatorial, unintelligent, totally uninterested, unimaginably abusive, and a total pathological liar (and fabricator who lives in her own bizarre world) is one of the darkest human beings you will ever come across. She tries to use her so called power that she is intoxicated on, to harm tenants and intimidate, threaten, and harass them. She has no respect for their home or their lives. If you believe any shred of the above review, you are not only naive, you deserve everything you get. Nothing is perfect, but if you even consider living in a craphole like this managed by some of the worst people you will ever meet on this earth (yes they are that bad), you deserve the same things they do to others and all the consequences. This isnt just a bad place; its as dark as it gets. Dont let the semi-nice buildings fool you. When it comes down to it, the management and people are what count, and the most important thing, and you will never find managers and owners as bad as here. Naive people allow themselves to be fooled by the fake smile luring you in. You have been warned and should be thankful and blessed that people took the time to tell you. My roommate and I have lived here for over 3 yrs and it has gotten so bad, with especially the new management, that it is incomprehensible. We mainly moved in due to the low pet deposit because we had planned to get a dog and my roomate has a cat already. It was the worst lapse of judgment we ever made. Be thankful to the Lord that folks took their time to help you and be aware that posts have been removed that are critical of this community, and censorship is practiced on this site as it should not be. If you tell the truth and dont use a curse word, the truth should be told. And be assured the truth was told here. Thats what this site should really be about, even if the truth hurts, or is of a certain magnitude that needs to convey how really dark things are. Darkness is a word, and so help us, that descriptor is honestly what this place has become.

Thank You, to the person who has choosen to use this site as a venue to voice his/her anger and opinion. You are the one who has tainted the site, not the management of Dewberry Isle. I think we as users are able to draw our own conclusions, and your ranting and raving has caused nothing but confuision. I would like to be able to formulate my own decisions, just as you were able to formulate yours. So here is a word of advice; say your part and move on, and stop using the site to display your personal feelings. I have two weeks to find a place to live which leaves me no time to here about your life, or dispute with the management.
