I had my car vandalized twice while living at this place. Our building also had constant problems with bugs. (namely large roaches and water bugs and spiders) There were lots of crevices for them to get in. Construction was poor as I could hear my neighbors above, below, and on one side. Some of the neighbors are ok, but a lot of rude trash lives there. Lots of noisy people and yelling in the parking lot at all hours. Landscaping is nice, those hard working gardening guys do a good job, and the location isnt half bad. It is close to the 285 freeway and Roswell Rd. The office is horrible and juvenile and snotty. The management is pathetic and totally disinterested in the tenants. They are a joke. Anyone who rates this complex good is either a)retarded or b) has very low standards. This is the second worst place I have ever lived. The worst was my dorm a few years ago if that tells you something! I have since moved in with Lane and am happy. You get what you pay for.
