I Have been living here for about 4 months now and have never had a issue with my apartment nor a issue with management. There has been some criminal activity here, but that is a given anywhere in the usa.

Hmmm? Another fake reviewer? Lets play your little game for a minute and assume the review is real. (you see folks, these people's history precedes them and they are famous for writing false reviews not only on this property, but others) They have been caught so many times that now they are creative and try to throw in some truth (the criminal activity) to make it like its a real review. Most people arent so "very eager" to share with all of us how they have "never had any issues", and then isnt it so odd that they dont recommend the place in their rating. No issues, but dont recommend. Strange. (you know, especially with criminal activity being so common and all, like you say in your own "review"---why no recommendation then?) Some people are just such bad liars. Ok, as for your "review": Just because you havent had an "issue" with mgmt doesnt mean others have not, nor indicate that what they state is not fully accurate. Its not "all about you". Just like the many people in our society who are not destroyed by an insurance company, auto company, or other corporation...who could not care less about it, or what the evil entities did to others...till it happens to them, then all of sudden, they want someone to cry some crockodile tears for them, and exhibit empathy, compassion and sympathy for their plight. If what anyone says about your complex and people is "crazy", and the "ravings of a lunatic" they should want to be crazy all day long. Just understand folks, that next to noone REALLY stands up to mgmt evil in this world, and when someone does , they can expect both barrels aimed squarely at them. Some can handle that, and some cant. The fact that many of the reviews on this site are total fakes, and are written by Dewberry Capital employees and Worthing Southeast employees, is so glaring and easy to figure out, that only a hamster couldnt see it. The culpable, described to the tee employees, and their powerful wealthy mgmt company, and well paid henchman attorney, simply want to crush the First Amendment rights of people to expose the full truth of exactly what they are, and to what terrible extent. That's the only thing this is all about. Some people are intimidated, and shuddered and chilled into silence by the abuse, slander, humiliation, and defamation of these people, and the threats of their attorneys. Others are not. I'll let you guess the case here. It's cheap, cheap, cheap. And if that's all you are about, welcome to your new home. Berkeley Trace, or Dewberry Glen, or Berkely Run's sister merged property-- or WHATEVER they call it, wants YOU, and will do anything to convince you of the opposite of what they are. Ask your maker one day to show you these people in action, not the make believe they are engaging in because they know EXACTLY who and what is going to expose them further. If that was only possible when people pass on, to see it all in vivid color, what I'd only give to see YOUR stunned face if you saw the horrific truth. And it IS that bad.

WOAH!! I am responding not to the original post, but to the response. If you feel that strongly about something, why are you wasting your time on apartments.com, and not telling the wealthy management company who you accuse of writing all the responses? YOu say yourself that "it's not all about you"...that applies to you as well. Just because you personally had a bad experience doesn't mean that all the rest of us did. If someone wants to write a good response to something, let them. You're being a hypocrite, and if you spend that much time reviewing apartments on a website, then you've got some serious issues. I am not saying that you cannot have an opinion, you obviously have no problem sharing that; just don't diminish the opinions of others who may have conflicting opinions with yours. It is obvious that you are the same lunatic who wrote the novel explaining the difference between all of the management companies in Atlanta (we were all holding our breath for that one, thanks for relieveing us!), however you still have yet to explain the terrible tradgedies that you have encountered with this particular complex. You make it sound like you are the voice of the people of Berkley Trace, yet you won't give full, exact, personal experiences. It sounds as if you have some terrible personal issues, and like to take out your aggression on this silly website. I am only responding to your comments simply because I want you to understand that you are making yourself sound like an angry idiot, with no balls to actually voice an opinion and submit your name. If you want to "...REALLY stand[s]up to mngt evil in this world..." leave your name so that your civil duty can be recognized.
