Ever since Dewberry Glen was bought out by Berkely Trace, we have had nothing but trouble!!! The office staff is not very knowledgeable! I've called with questions and have gotten completly different answers each time that I call! (and these were pretty basic questions) The front gate is constantly broken (it only worked 2 weeks out of 2 MONTHS). Furthermore, they let the trash overflow and run into the street on the weekends. Their way of fixing the problem was to put a giant dumpster in the middle of the parking lot where it blocked traffic, smelled, and was ugly. The lawn care service comes early in the morning and will wake you up with their blowers at 7am right outside your window. They do nothing about solication. What's the point of a gated complex if you get menu's from different restaurants on your door twice a week. I thought that a gate was to help keep non-residants out'' DON'T LIVE THERE!!! I would pay more somewhere else not to deal with them!!!

The garbage issue was bad! The garbage at the mail boxes is always piled up too....probably rats all over. Cockroaches too. Dirty dirty place. Probably mice crawling through the walls...AND I'm scared to get mold poisoning from all the mold that has built up under the sinks and in the bathroom. They just tell everyone to keep the air conditioning on! Stupid. If they fixed the leaks, the mold wouldn't be there!
