I have lived here for two years and have loved the location. The management has changed since in the two years that I've been here, and it seems to be a vast improvement. The maintenance guys fix things promptly and clean up the property on a daily basis. The neighbors are all really nice. The only thing bad I can think of, is that the trash sometimes piles up too much in the dumpster out front, but it's usually taken care of right away. I would recommend this apartment community to anyone who wants a nice place inside the perimeter, with a reasonable rent.
