I'm trying to be tactful, but Berkley Trace falls far short of my expectation. We are waiting on our house to be finished so we thought BT would be convienient. That is the best thing I can say about this place. Our neighbor who has a little girl forgot her keys and could not get the management to help her. She went up to the office to wait for her mother and was told "This is not a Daycare". People usually make or break an apt. complex and the management for me is horrible.
Its easy to see by some of the comments that the management from BT trolls this website trying to boost the rating.
