The biggest mistake I have ever made is ignoring all of the bad reviews here!

I read a lot of reviews on this place before I moved in, and I thought to myself, well, most people only write reviews to complain. This is somewhat true, but good lord, every single bad thing you read on here is absolutely 100% true.

- Once you sign the lease, the office staff will completely ignore you, and any request you make. The only way you will ever get a response, is to get the manager's cell phone number, call her 10 times, and then also call and email their corporate office. Then MAYBE someone will come by, and MAYBE they will try to half-ass fix whatever the problem is. You will have to continue calling, and having them come back several times before you finally give up. Things I reported as a problem a year ago, are still not fixed.

- There is dog crap everywhere, and it is rarely cleaned up. Several times people will let their dogs crap in the indoor hallways, and not clean it up. There are some HUGE dogs here, so I hope you like the smell of dog crap. Especially in the summer as it bakes in the sun right outside your door and window. Most of the idiots here also walk their dogs without leashes, so be careful!

- Living here is like living in an out of control frat house. It's obvious that most of the people here are living on their own for the first time. THey treat the place and neighbors with zero respect. It is loud, there is trash everywhere, and most of the residents are spoiled kids who probably don't even pay their rent themselves.

- People leave trash outside their doors for days, and it rots and smells. As a result you get lots of ants and bugs.

- Parking is an absolute nightmare. If you don't want to walk a mile to your apartment, or park at all, you HAVE to buy the "secure" parking for $20 a month. If you don't, you will never be able to park. Also, they sell more spaces than they have in the secure parking, so people park in your space all the time. Also, the "secure" aspect is a complete joke. The gates have worked, a total of 6 months out of the year I have been here. Also, anyone can enter on foot, there is no lock. Also, people let their friends come in and park. If someone parks in your space they won't do anything about it. They told me they can't do anything about it. Honestly, either way you are screwed.

- Their security gates NEVER work. The locks have been broken the entire year I have been here. They don't care, and the manager said they can't fix them because the residents keep breaking them. The lighting is non-existant at night. As an adult male I get nervous walking here at night. If I was a female, I would be terrified. This place is like some kind of rapist heaven. The only lock in this place that works is the one to the office.

- I hope you like Chinese Food, because you will get about 20 menus on your door a week.

- Prepare to have the most outrageous power bills of your life. The insulation is terrible. The air conditioners are WAY too small to cool the apartments, and just to get your apartment below 80 in the summer, you will have to run your air 24-7. If you have a larger apartment your power bill will be about $350 a month. I owned a house 3 times the size of my apartment, and in the summer my power never went over $200.

- There is mildew and mold everywhere. A lot of people here have problems with mold inside their apartments. The hallways really smell bad. The exterior paint is peeling in a lot of places, and their are dirt and stains all over the walls because they never pressure wash them.

- The staff here is so beyond rude and useless it really does defy logic. They lack the skills necessary to be a greeter at Wal-Mart, let alone sell and help maintain apartments. I usually feel like they are running some kind of side bet to see who can piss off the most people a day.

So in summary, this is the worst apartment living experience I have EVER had in my twenty years of apartment living. I curse myself daily for ignorning the warnings here. Do not make the same mistake! If you would like to simulate the experience of living here, please give me $1,000 and I will come over every day for a month and kick you really hard in the testicles (or ovaries) and then rub dog crap in your face, and ignore your cries for help as I walk away.

I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Haha! I really like that last part about simulating the living experience. Because of my issues of getting parking tickets for parking in fire lanes when there is nothing that says you can't park on the black curb...and also my complaints of abandoned cars that have been ignored...I got a parking spot in my building, but I haven't been able to use it! They are out of the old key pads, and the new ones "won't sync with the system". I haven't parked in my reserved spot once! I have e-mailed the regional office about that and the call box situation(been here 6 months and still can't get in the system because it's supposedly outdated as well) and they simply said that everything should be working fine. Well, it's not and obviously the corporate office doesn't even give a damn about the residents either. I am counting down the days to my move out date which seems to be an eternity away...

Wow. This rating could not be more accurate. I have had an experience with EVERY SINGLE point that you made... and I have only lived here for 6 months. Ridiculous! This is the absolute worst apartment you could ever live in in your entire life.
