(user photo) All of the pots/bowls/cups/towels catching the water that has been falling from my kitchen ceiling for 3 days now despite me calling and begging someone to come and fix it every single day.

I have lived at the Standard for three years now and can honestly say that I am satisfied with my stay here. The apartments are a great price for the location and offer great convenience for many locations throughout the city. Management has made a lot of effort to upgrade the community like changing out the carpet in the hallway and painting. Although NO place is perfect, I will definitely be renewing my lease again. If you want to come check out the community, ask for Wendy...she's the BEST!
