Has good and bad...but mostly bad!!

1. Parking is the worst ever. I promise you there are not enough spaces for the people that live here. You can purchase a reserved space in the garage for $30 a month, but your car is much more likely to get broken into (b/c it's hidden from view!) While living there, I got notices numerous times about people's cars being broken into -- always those in the garage.
2. Because of the price (which starts off good for the location!) you get a lot of really rude and loud people. I lived in the 3000 building, and my apartment overlooked the main walk, and it was constant yelling and rudeness. I never, ever saw a security officer.
3. You're going to see a lot of the fire department, b/c apparently their alarm system is messed up and they get called probably an average of once every 2 weeks or something! The alarms will go off too -- although I never heard of any actual fire.
4. My AC was completely messed up this summer and the maintenance guys were called at least 5 times to fix it. And in the winter' You guessed it...my heat wasn't working.
5. Good things: location is great, it looks good from the outside, I did feel like the grounds were kept up outside, the park behind the apartment was the best -- really good walking trails, great place to take a dog or have a picnic! And the price is right for where it's located!
I would not recommend this apartment. The parking will get on your nerves very quickly -- that was my biggest complaint for sure. I felt like maintenance was lacking and I don't really love the management team either. There were times they were helpful -- but definitely times they were not -- even times they were rude. One girl actually told me that my AC probably wasn't broken, that maybe I'd just had too much to drink'' Which is kind of funny now that I'm writing it, but was super annoying to me at the time!
I feel like you should really do your research, and notice that the people that write about how much they love the apartments, also mention how they're never there. Not a good sign.
