The location is great as well as the quality of the apartments. The maint. staff is awesome. Build a relationship with them because they are the only ones to get things done for you. The management is inconsiderate and unmotivated. The people paying money to live here are never right. Absolutely no parking. People park on curbs and block you in. Parking garages are a must but then more than likely you will have your automobile stolen or vandalized because the gates never work. They do not enforce any regulations, so if you like to live surrounded by filth. This is the place for you. When people move out they dump their unwanted stuff in the garages. Currently, the stuff is spray painted with messages to help motivate this poor management team to throw it away or enforce some type of rules. Got to tell you it looks great, and is even more appealing if your bringing a date or family over to visit. Embarrassing!
