Don't let the outside image fool you. You can put up new paint but you cant get the ghetto out of it. The management has totally lost control of the property. In an attempt to sell as many units as possible they literally let anyone and everyone rent here. Cars are constantly broken into. Parking is a nightmare. The pet situation is horrible. It smells everywhere you go!!! Management is totally out of touch. Don't buy the new idea that since the management has changed that things have changed here... IT hasn't!!! Take your money elsewhere. It is not worth it. Trust me all of these people are not lying. I wish I would of known about this site before I signed a lease here. I guarantee you your car will get broken into or will get hit in the parking lot. Parking is INSANE here!!! Don't do it... There are always parties going on all hours of the night in the courtyards in each of the buildings. The noise is out of control and management wont evict anyone!!!

Well you know what they say.... polish a turd, it's still a turd! Things won't change and they'll suck as long as people continue to pay them money every month!!
