Horrible management.

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
Ever since new management took over in December, this complex has been a disaster. The new management staff are only concerned with cosmetically renovating apartments so they can charge exorbitant rents. However, they couldn't care less about existing tenants. Trash is everywhere, they've parked giant dumpsters in the parking lot which take up all the parking, they don't respond to maintenance requests, and they refuse to even accept packages at the front office. Staff is consistently rude and unhelpful. I plan on breaking my lease - paying the penalty will be worth it to be out of this dump.
