The apartment is a great location....much better renovations but ghetto people still live here.

Dogs crap in the hallways and the cleaning people do clean it up when they show up..

but here's what just happened to me tonight.

a black guy who's last name is Anderson...has been arrested before...for probably pot..he smelled up the entire hallway with pot...is a boyfriend of an employee that works here. I wont mention names because I like the employee....started yelling and cursing all up and down the hallway at some guy about his girlfriend. I walked out there and told them to take it outside. The black guy with the kitchen knife told me to get the F@*$ back in my place so I called the police and told them where he lived. Long story short, I'm filing a simple battery report against the idiot for threatening me with his kitchen knife. Do we have a ways to go' Yes...eventually when they make all of these places nicer and raise the rent, hopefully that crap will be gone.

Of course he would have been here anyway because of the employee..who is a very sweet girl..but she dates a complete piece of crap.

A girl was recently kidnapped from a parking garage in the 1000 building not too long ago but I heard on the news later that she had previously been arrested for drugs , guns, and was a stripper..so doesn't come as big of a surprise as now..
