Mold grew in my apartment and the property manager ----- said it wasn't. She wouldn't have it tested, but I did. She did nothing about it. I didn't pay rent. We went to court and I only had to pay $400.00. This is after she was going after $1600. If anyone is paying more than $400.00 the are getting ripped off. I have pictures of all the mold. The mold will come through your vents and make you very sick if you live here. I was extremely sick for 2 weeks due to the mold. You would be safer living in a 3rd world country than this apartment complex.

Lived here?

Yep, I lived there in 2004 for about a year and promptly left as soon as my contract ended. While i was there, it was owned by ING and they were in the process of putting lipstick on this pig. For the location, you can't beat the price. So I paid peanuts and got a monkey. Poor management coupled with a badly designed and maintained building, coupled with the fact that they let anybody live there made this place a disaster. I remember seeing one lady letting her dog pee in the lobby because it was raining and she didn't want to get her hair wet. I can see that four years on, it's still the same. I'm so happy that I bought a house. If you want to live in a Frat House for the rest of your life, this is the place for you.

I have lived here for 3 years and this company is doing good. I park my car in the garage and I have never seen a rat, I have no clue what she is talking about. ING was horrible mgmt.

I have pictures to prove any of this. Feel free to contact me for them. The only people to speak good of this place is the mgmt. The gates to the garage haven't worked in months.

Hmmm.... sounds like the new management in making comments on here again to stick up for the place. There's always dog crap in the hallway on the carpet from the little yappy dogs that are never on leashes. If you loved Animal House and want to live like a Frat Boy this is the place for you!

I've been here for over 3 years and this place has been 100% better with Berkshire as new management. The staff is friendly, everything is clean. All my repairs (and those were minor) have been done quickly. I plan on staying for several years to come.
