I have been a resident here for approximately 2 years and my move out date could not come soon enough. DO NOT be fooled by the "pretty" places they take you on your tour here or the fake attitude of the leasing specialists. Those are all nice things about the Berkshires, but the management is TERRIBLE and fake and will not respond to any requests and certainly do not operate with client/customer-first attitude. The management company (ING Clarion) that was here before the Berkshires was much better. Berkshires management will do anything to try and get your money from you.

The parking garages are in bad shape. The "controlled" access entry to buildings is never working properly--gates to garages are always open or jammed open, the computer-run "Locked" doors to interior hallways also are never closed all the way and anyone can just walk right in. We are very concerned for our safety here. You pay too much for what you get.

Please look elsewhere, and definitely read up on reviews of the management company before considering this complex. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn

I am really tired of these people putting down when I live. This is one of the best places to live in this area.

are you kidding? this place sucks. it's NOT the best, there's definitely better, just costs more $$ but I guess we get what we pay for huh?
