I moved here in July and it took them 4 months to finish their "construction punch-out" list. My upstairs neighbor moved out and left their water on so it flooded and it RAINED in my apartment. That was in December and it is now MAY and my ceiling is STILL falling down, not one single repair has been made despite the fact that I go out of town A LOT and let them know that I will not be there so they can come and make the necessary repairs. They make you sign a paper that says you will notify them immediately of any water damage so they can fix it to prevent mold and mildew but they don't come fix it. I've stopped calling because it's apparent that they will not make the repairs. There is always someone else parked in my "reserved" garage spot that I pay for, no one cleans up their dog crap (even when they crap on the carpet in the hallways!!) and people are loud, screaming and obnoxious in the hallways and courtyards when they get home drunk at 3 or 4 in the morning. It's a great place if you just finished college and are in your first apartment but if you are a mature established professional you'll hate it here. The office staff IS friendly but they get nothing done. I can't wait to get out of here!

I had a leak in my kitchen and I spoke with the manager and she repaired my ceiling with in the week. May you should talk with her.

I had the same problems. In my first apartment a hot water heater fell through my ceiling and flooded my whole apartement. I was put up in another one only to go through worse hell. MOLD - WATER DAMAGE- FLOODING FROM THE RAIN - DRYWALL FALLING APART
