Overall: It's a nightmare and I'm counting the days until my lease is up. Don't be fooled and get locked into a lease. You will regret it.

Parking: My car has been hit once and there are NUMEROUS dents because residents here don't seem to know how to park. If they are at least on the line, you're lucky.

Noise: Is not bad.

Grounds: A gate which you are supposed to have a buzzer to open, has been broken for over 4 months. I was in the office when another resident reported it to the office MANAGER and she acted like she didn't know it was broken. Well, that was over 2 months ago and it's STILL broken. NOT safe. I also known a woman was KIDNAPPED from here last year! Check it out on a local news website to confirm it. There is also dog poop everywhere! If you're walking on the sidewalks, make sure to keep an eye on the ground, or you may have a surprise on the bottom of your shoe.

Construction: Apartments are nice. Nice layouts and new appliances.

Maintenance: The Maint. staff is really nice and very efficient. I've never had to wait more than two days to get a repair taken care of.

Staff: They lost a package Fedex shipped to me and had them sign(I have a signature confirmation to prove it). When I asked them about it, Tara, who works at the main office, told me fed delivered it somewhere else and it wasn't there fault. She was rude enough to where a potential resident overheard and booked it out of the office. FYI when I originally went to pick up my package, they almost gave me someone else's package. If I didn't double check the address I would have left with it which is what I'm sure happened to mine.

First of all, please note my name is spelled T-E-R-R-A. Second of all, we do the package delivery system as a courtesy to all residents. When Fed-Ex or UPS delivers packages to our office we only sign (1) signature for all the packages delivered at that time. We do not sign individually. Sorry you feel this way. Please note you may stop by the office at any time and we gladly take you off of the package delivery service.

Excuse me T-E-R-R-A. I've moved out so thankfully there isn't a need for me to stop by your office ever again. Anyone else reading this post - this is a GREAT example of how polite T-E-R-R-A is :) Thanks for letting your true colors shine.

It's nice to see that T-E-R-R-A is reading these ratings. At least we know that this is having an impact and now they can't deny the comments and the complaints even though they fall on deaf ears.
