This place is the absolute worst! The management is incompetent and they don't care about their tenants or about the apartment property. Maintenance is a mess. You can leave your maintenance requests with several people in the office and then ask the maintenance guy about it when you see him in the hallway, he never knows anything about the requests. Either he never gets them or he never bothers fixing them, either way, your requests will never get fixed. They let huge dogs move in and don't do anything about the crap left all over the grounds making for a nasty smelling area. I heard about the mold which I wouldn't doubt was definitely an issue (though I never had to deal with it). Parking is rediculously limited and there are noisy people who move in. The fixtures inside look good, but are of terrible quality and break easily and often.

My advice is get out while you can and never sign a lease here.
