Tera, Danielle, Vicki and Cheri are always so very helpful. I had a leak coming from my ac unit and could not use my shower, so they let me use their show room model to shower with. They are always so happy and very funny. I think this website is a misconception of all apartment complexes. I am very happy here, and plan to renew my lease again. I would recommend anyone to come and lease at Berkshire.

I'm a senior and I have lived here 6 years. I did not like going through the renovations but I was happy after it was over.

I have never had a problem with anyone other than Sherry, I always feel as though I am bugging her anytime I come in or call. She is very rude and never helpful.... and if she does try to help, she doesnt know anything. The other girls always seem very eager to help me. I would recommend anyone to live here, just ask for someone besides Sherry

Sherry is a sweetheart i moved in because she was so nice and hept in contact with me. I hated to call because Danielle would brush me off or tell me she dosent know about Sherrys people that I could call back and talk with the property manager. I thinks shes trying to get Sherry in trouble and this staff needs to be reassigned to other places. Tara cant help you she just wants to tell you about herself this is suppose to be a businesss not the tara show
