(user photo) Absolutely disgusting-- but of course, even though I have called every single day for someone to come and fix the major leak in my kitchen ceiling NO ONE has come by. I have lived at Berkshires at Lenox Park for many years. It used to be standard at lenox park. Since Berkshire has taken over I really have noticed a change. They have had staff changes a lot, but they seem to have a new staff that wants to get things done. I wish that parking was not so difficult, but I do pay the $20 and I would say its worth it. I have had many maintenance issues, and they seem to always get them taken care of in a timely manner.
