This is the worst place in Atlanta to live. You would be better off living in HUD housing with cheaper rent and getting a better place to live than here. At the Berkshires at Lenox Park you will get a poorly managed place that has nasty grounds, is noisy,unsecure, has moldy walls that will make you sick, and will continuously be lied to by the management. Do not pay the price to rent here. You will be better off going across the street to rent. The looks here can be very deceiving. Save yourself the hassle.

I checked this place out after reading your review and I couldn't believe it was the place you describe. The grounds, building and units were immaculate and the trees and shrubs absolutely manicured. I saw a security officer monitoring the garage. And I dropped in without calling first. As for the prices, what planet do you come from? Then I noticed your "user" name. Give me a break. Do you work for a place across the street? I'll stick with Berkshires please. Good luck with your HUD housing.
