I moved in with my girlfriend in the beginning of January and I have to say the staff here is incredible!! Sherry and Tara are absolutely the most wonderful people!! Any issue or concern i may have, they are genuinely happy to address, giving us a most comforting experience. Nate and Shelton are the coolest maintenance crew in Atlanta! They treat us with the same warmth and respect that our closest friends do... And we just met them! Everyone seems to love our yellow lab, Coda, which makes us feel completely at home here at Berkshires at Lenox Park. Hats off to the staff!!!!!!!!

Who wrote this review? Tara or Sherry? Here's a little hint; next time you write a review about the sh!thole in which you work, don't end every sentence with an exclamation point. It's a dead give away. Nobody is that enthusiastic about writing a review on an apartment.

I have lived here for seven years... and I love it. I think people who like to complain do not like to pay their rent on time. The girls in the office are very nice and responsible.

hey alex trippe, here's a hint for you... Find something else to do other than look for errors in apartment ratings. Stop being so boring. Oh yeah... and get happy about life

Paid my rent on time. Actually paid months in advance just to get out of this dump. Tired of having my car broken into, my mail stolen, a staff that was a bunch of liars and crooks. The pool was more like a swamp. This place is a joke. No one in their right mind would honestly write anything positive about this place.

the staff has so musch time to write good reviews on here because they arent renting apts. I pay my rent early is thats your only response to the ratings. thank goodness i only have a few months left maybe my car wont get broken into again in "SECURED PARKING" what a joke $20 a month for nothing.
