I've been here for two years now thinking that it would get better. In terms of aesthetics it looks nicer than most apartments, but that's how they get you in. I'm sure there is a very high turnover rate because of poor management and unreliable maintenance. If they only took the effort to satisfy their tenants I'm sure they could lower turnover and actually charge a higher rent.
If you want a cheap place and can tolerate paper thin walls (e.g. can hear conversations of all the rooms around you), horrific parking, unresponsive management and maintenance then this place is for you.
Quite frankly I'm sick of putting up with management and maintenance and it's not worth saving a few bucks a month. It often takes four or more trips to the leasing office to finally get maintenance to come out. When you go into the leasing office you'll often seem them write down your request on a padded paper and then nothing happens or they might fill out a work report in front of you and nothing happens.
Parking is absolutely horrific - come visit late night and try to find a parking spot. You'll often see cars parking in fire zones that will get tickets periodically.
At times the noise can be intolerable especially with the paper thin walls. In the summers there's usually drunken college students in the pool at 2-3am that make a ton of ruckus.
In terms of safety, last summer a bunch of cars have been broken into as well as an individual was kidnapped. Since then they have hired a security officer and installed cameras and I hope things get better for everyone s sake.
I would strongly recommend that you find another apartment that will probably be about the same price maybe slightly more, but it will be well worth it.

I AGREE please save your selves and run away i have been here almost a year and the property manager here could care less about the tenants she like to say shes not there or hide in her back office.
