OK, so we decided to take a look at this place after reading the reviews (both good and bad) and can honestly say we've never met a "Sales Associate" that cared less about selling a property. "Baby Teeth" (read other review 2/27/09) was completely put out by having to show an apartment and didn't even take the time to actually show the rooms. She stood right next to the door and didn't say a word the entire time. It's one thing to be unresponsive when you've already made the sale, but to act like that shows complete indifference to your job. In fairness, the model apartment looked fine, but you can tell that your needs as tenants will be completely ignored.

I toltally agree she has the worst customer service skills i have ever seen. I totally felt like i was taking her away from something more inportant if i hadnt just moved her from LA with my job and had more time to look in the lenox park area i wouldve NEVER moved here. Also parking sucks and this place is really scarey at night is like the hood. Security lol please!

The saddest part is, that selling you the apartment is the thing they are best at.
