if you want to feel like a number and not a welcomed resident or human being then this is the place for you. letters received by management are always commanding and extremely rude. they act as if we are lucky to live here.they are obviously not happy to have us here. this place is not that great. moving in here was a nightmare. first the apartment was not cleaned. management told me that there was a freight elevator we could use to move our furniture and we could reserve it for a certain time... well there was no freight elevator and the elevator that was supposedly reserved was in use so i had to wait and while my movers were on the clock. the moving trucks will not fit in the car park so you have to walk a mile with you furniture and belongings. horrible experience. ants are horrible hear!! the gate system is annoying. visitors and residents share entrance and if a resident has a remote then they will cut you off and you have to either drive back around the circle or try to back up. there is always some construction going on that is extremely loud and annoying. you can hear everything that is going on from your neighbors apartment. no insulation what so ever!!!! oh did i mention that its not really a loft, right its just an apartment''' also management will come into your apartment when you are not home with out your notification. management loves to threaten to tow your car or fine you for this or that. they really need to learn people skills. this management is the worst i have ever dealt with. look further think twice i promise its not that nice...management or community.

Ditto. Just moved out of this place, thank God. Don't think this person is exaggerating their experience. That's exctly how it is. Calling it a dictatorship is putting it nicely.
