Great place, no unusual complaints.

I have been here for almost a year now and this has been one of the better apartment complexes.
One person complained about the quiet time.' Personally, I have to get up early to go to work.
On the weekends if I want to go to sleep at 10pm, I don't have to worry about there being some rude nieghbor keeping me up because they want to party on their balcony.
With regards to the so called rent a cop on the property..
There are ctually two and they are real Atlanta Police Officers.
I feel much safer on the property knowing that they are only a few seconds away from any problem.
It's also good to know that they have the power to arrest any criminls on the property.
I spoke to one officer for about 5 minutes and he was as nice as could be.
People really need to get to know the people in their community before they pass any judgements about them.
The leasing office can be very strict about the rules and regulations, HOWEVER, everything that they are enforcing is spelled out in the leasing agreement.
If you don't like the rules, you don't have to live here.
At least I know that if I have to pay a fine for some reason, everybody else will have to as well.
I know what to expect.
There is no geuss work because everything is told to you up front.
The parking situation is tight here due to the parking deck and there were alot of problems at the beginning with finding a spot.
Visitors are suppose to park at the top so those of use that are PAYING to live here can park close to their apartment.
Residents have not been telling their geusts to park at the top and again being rude to their nieghbors.
The leasing office has significantly improved the parking situation.
There was ALOT of irritating construction at the beginning of the year because the complex was still under construction.
However, there is zero construction now and only normal apartment noises.
In general, the community itself is very nice.
Most people here are freindly, the amneties are high class, and the noise is what you would expect from living in an apartment if not slightly better.
If you want complete quiet, buy a house.
If you can afford to live here, I recommend it.
They are apartments, not lofts.
But you do realize that when you see the models.
It doesn't take a brain surgeon to figure it out.

I just recently had my car towed and I must say tehy did what they could do to make the situation right. They paid for the tow and for a cab ride. The manager even called me the next day to follow-up and to apologize. They truly made a mistake!!!!

Do you work for Block Lofts or what? I've never heard of anyone going out of their way to defend all the fines and rules that apartment complexes will slip into your lease. I see that someone else had their car "accidentally" towed...
