Block Lofts

 

I live at the Block Lofts with a roommate, and we love it.

I moved from Arbor Gates in Buckhead and must say my new home is HEAVEN compared to it.

I have not had any problems with the staff...

they are friendly towards me and are always prompt when I need maintenance.

Most of them seem to know my name, which is nice.

The residents are pleasant as well.

The units themselves are spectacular, especially for the price I'm paying.

Visitors are always very impressed with my place.

There are no speedbumps in the parking deck which I LOVE, because speedbumps annoy me.

I've come close to having a couple of collisions, but it's not a big deal if you just stay on the right side.

The pool is great, the cyber cafe room is awesome, and the gym is pretty nice too.

The only downfalls I can think of are the fact that there is no seperate guest entry so the line to get into the gate can get backed up (mainly on weekend nights), and the walls are pretty thin.

I can often hear the upstairs neighbors walking around or listening to loud music.

Towing has not been a problem for me at all.

At Arbor Gates my car as well as my guests cars were towed on numerous occasions by other residents.

I'm so happy to be in the Block Lofts.

Also, the location is ideal.
