Going downhill

I have lived at Block since it opened.
Like you will read, it is getting worse.
RAM got out (presumably because of the ghetto nature of the apartments) and Gables is in.
Apartments are very nice, but for the price, you are not getting much.
CONSTANT break-ins (about one a month) and NOTHING is done by the managers.
Walls are thin and you hear everything from the people walking upstairs, to the people singing in the showers upstairs in the morning.
The residents are 3/4 Melrose Place and 1/4 South Central Los Angeles (or Southwest Atlanta for that matter.) Because of the urban nature of the apartments, you do not know who lives next door as opposed to the guy that just broke into the apartment next to you.
Until Gables takes a stand on the crime at this place, I would stay away.
My lease is up soon and I am not going to resign.
RAM leaving was a sign of bad things to come-don't sign today.
