Since Gables took over I have been pleased with their response to the few break-ins.

Afterall the property is located downtown in between Virginia Highlands and Little Five Points.

I love the locations and the pool,grill-out areas and the work out room is awesome.

Again, another suspicious review. First and foremost, as you can deduce from the favorable reviews of Block, these so called "residents" who have great things to say have possibly the worst English skills in the Atlanta area (informative information? Don't beleive(sic)everything you here?). Again, I realize this area is in "transition," but anyone who can spend a grand a month in rent should have the communication skills to write a three sentence review without six grammatical errors. Gables has done NOTHING, besides providing ONE notice that there was a break-in, and having a "patrol" that is no longer even in effect, to secure the property. If the staff spent as much time in responding to resident complaints and securing the property, as they do in complaining about pets being off leashes and posting fake reviews on this site, they could probably justify the rent.
