Having been one of the first residents at Block Lofts, I'm still relatively happy w/ everything the property has to offer. Unfortunately, the new management team adopts a considerably ??different?? management style. Unquestionably they are less receptive and at times even standoffish re: renters needs/concerns. Here's a snapshot of their professionalism: last week the leasing agent was having a high volume verbal knock-down drag-out with a maintenance tech in the main lobby. From the ghettoish "Your Rent is Now Late' sign posted on the drop box to their total lack of keeping residents informed of recent events, no matter how unsavory, my opinion is quickly fading and I look forward to the conclusion of my lease.

For any of you knuckleheads bashing the RAM staff??..look what we have to deal with now. The RAM staff is light years ahead of the Gables staff in people and management skills.
