Everything about this place is going from bad to worse.

Besides the lack of security, the grounds being neglected and everything else I was out of town and had them "misplace" my rent check begin eviction proceedings.

Luckily I use an online bill pay service and was able to prove it to them, but not after a fight.

Because of this and everything else I will not be renewing my lease with these people.

Look everywhere else, but then don't sign here.
