I have read the reviews on here and I agree with a lot of the points that are made. However, I have always lived in apartments and I lived all over the city. The same problems will happen anywhere. That's just a result of so many people (usually younger) living in a small area. Problems are going to happen. If you can't handle apartment life, you really should not be renting. Trust me, you will find similar problems anywhere you live. Just read the reviews for any other apartment complex on this site. Its all negative. This website seems to be a place where pissed off people can vent. It's rare to see a good review on here for any apartment complex. Happy people are not the ones you here from. If its as bad as some people say on here, I am amaxed that anyone lives here. From the looks of all the cars in the parking deck at night and the crowds of people at the pool, there are plenty of people living here and they must enjoy it.

Yeah that's life when you are in your early to mid-twenties and don't have the knowledge that at one time, people treated each other with respect, courtesy, and you demanded that you get your money's worth. Block Lofts may be OK for people fresh out of college, but not if you are an adult that wants your home life to be safe, mature, and peaceful.
