I've lived in Block Lofts for just shy of a year and it it a very nice community.

Yes, there have been issues, but no more (and even less) than other Midtown communities I have rented in.

The amenities are very nice here...

nicer than some of the condo buildings in Midtown.

The location is very good - close to downtown and Freedom Parkway.

My only gripe has been that when the management company transitioned, the landscaping began to look bad but it has sense been updated and looks good.
