I live at Block Lofts and can say I have never seen these issues.

Who is swimming in February anyway' Each time the pool has had an issue (e.g. a resident dropping glass in the pool), the management promptly closes the pool and has it emptied and cleaned.

Often it is guests who litter the community, not the residents, and the management company always has a crew out picking up litter. I find it hard to believe there are condoms on the sidewalk, because surely in a community of this size someone would have called the police if someone was having sex in public. Come on now, get real!

I don't know where you have been living over the last year but it doesn't sound like BL. I have been a resident for 2 1/2 years and since RAM Management left this place has been going down hill fast. As the other person mentioned this place is always dirty!!!!!! The fitness center is a big sweat pool and the clubroom sofa is stained from who knos what. Gables staff is rude and they should take a lesson from the previous management team who actually cared about their residents.
