RUN, DONT WALK... AWAY

I have lived in 2 apartments here for almost 3 years.

At first it was great, pretty high rent, deposits and a great staff.

Then it was sold and now it is terrible.

They have waived all deposits and dropped rent, so ANYONE can move in.

It used to be young, professional singles, couples and a few small families; now it is so ghetto! It is a great location and pretty nice apartments, with a great pool and amenity area.

These are the only reasons we re-signed a lease.

Then the nightmares began.

You can hear everything your neighbor does.

You can hear cabinets close, cell phone talks, doors open, toilets flush and yes late night love sessions.

I hate it.
