It is not fair to lump the condos with the apartments. The Block Loft Condos are in an awesome location and represent a great value for what you get. I am young professional and all of the condo owners I see are young, regular working professionals. I love the pool, workout room, cyber cafe with free internet and goodies. The condo board switched management companies and are no longer managed by Gables. The new firm is CMA and along with the Board they are working to make sure the Condos continue to be a great place to live. The monthly condo dues are very reasonable. Any problems, and every complex has some problems, are at the apartments. I have lived their since the Condos opened and have had no problems with my unit or the complex. I highly recommend it as a place to live.
