I am the kind of customer that gives credit where credit is due, and i try not to complain about problems or be negative, but i just want to warn future tenants about this place.

Pros:
The facility look nice.
Its in a good location for me
I liked the high ceiling and 'loft' look
very little noise
seems like a lot of young professionals live here

Cons:
Management
Deliveries are never received
Security
Break-ins


The problem here isnt manner with the BL staff, its competency.
If the staff loses your paperwork, you are accountable.
If they lose your payment, you are accountable.

I even tried to pay rent the day it was due, it was declined by the staff, and the next day i was charged a late fee (which i refused) after they admitted it was a computer error. How in the hell do you confess to a mistake and then blame someone else in the same breath defies all logic to me.

The only thing that get through to them is to threaten legal action, and i had already retained a lawyer i knew here in ATL ...

I have many shipment sent to my apt by my company. a lot of them sat in the leasing office for weeks w/o me knowing it since it must be an insurmountable task to alert clients a package has arrived. The office opens at an extremely convenient time of 10 am, so if you try to hit the road early, you may have to wait until the office opens to even see if there is something there for you and you havent been notified.
When i asked them to alert me when my packages arrived they said they would refuse all deliveries if the "courtesy" acceptance of the goods wasnt good enough for me. Insanity!


And like others have stated, there is a weekly "newsletter" telling the residents that another apt has been broken into. The community is gated, so im not sure how and when the criminals are robbing ppl but apparently it happens


**ProMove** is a free service. The apt pays their fee, so using them is like a free apt consultant. I wish we had found them when i first moved to ATL

HA! i found this place using Pro-move and I love it here. I think the pros and cons listed are accurate - but the staff is really nice. No huge issues with them from me.
