I don't know where some of these posters are living, but it certainly can't be Block Lofts. My past year here has been nothing but an enjoyable experience, and I've recently renewed my lease for another twelve months. The apartments and amenities are top notch, and the location in town is awesome! If you run or bike, you're just a block from the Freedom Park Trail.

Whenever I've dealt with one of the office staff, they have always been very friendly and helpful. For the most part, any requests I've made were handled promptly and efficiently. One of the guys was even willing to stay late so I could pick up an important package.

To the person that said dumpsters were overflowing and trash was everywhere: Never seen it! This is really one of the most immaculate communities I've ever lived in. In fact, the groundsmen pick up your trash from in front of your door twice a week.

Yes, there have been some car break-ins, and the office has always notified the residents when they've occurred. But, you'd be hard pressed to find any apartments in the city (or the suburbs for that matter)that don't experience occaisional break-ins. I don't think Block Lofts is any more susceptible than anywhere else.

With everything this property has to offer, you can't go wrong here.

The person who wrote this obviously works for the complex. Everybody that I have spoken with have experienced lots of issues.
