I've been here for almost a year now and the place is average at best. The new management company doesn't enforce the policies previously enforced by Gables (i.e. no large pets, visitors parking only on the uncovered levels of the parking garage). The grounds too often are not clean (beer bottles, vomit, animal feces). The quality of the residents appears to be evolving as well. I hear my neighbors and their dog all too well and too often. I will not renew my lease when it expires.

My friend has an apt here & has had her apt broken into & robbed.....with no attempt to bolster security made by the management. Just last week, had a vehicle stolen from the covered parking lot. Again, very little has been done to make her feel any more secure about living there. They have also refused to let her out of her lease. So, not a good place to live if you're interested in safety, peace of mind & value your personal belongings.
