The Blocklofts has the best staff ever! From day one everyone has been so nice and professional. They really go out of their way to ensure that residents are happy. The Maintenance staff is great as well. Fixed my problems only after 1 hour of calling. I couldn't believe it! Did I mention that it was 1:00am'

there is absolutely no possible way that the person that wrote this is an actual resident of block lofts. either they are liars and have never met the new connor group "staff", or they are the actual staff.

Gates been broken for weeks, alarms ring and they don't know how to turn them off, haven't responded to a request I made 2 weeks ago! Would move if I could.
