Alot of the positive comments on here have been from the leasing office. But im here to let you know that moving into the Block Lofts was the worse mistake I could have ever made! They have hidden fee's in the lease with a company called Heartland. No one in the office tells new residents about this company but a month into your lease you will get a bill for gate fee's, ELECTRICAL FEE'S(even though you already have an electrical bill from GA power, pest fee (I never see them spray, roaches are everywhere) and a trash fee! This bill is around $100 extra dollars on top of your rent and household bills and if not paid you WILL get evicted!
