Alot of the positive comments on here have been from the leasing office.
But im here to let you know that moving into the Block Lofts was the worse mistake I could have ever made! They have hidden fee's in the lease with a company called Heartland.
No one in the office tells new residents about this company but a month into your lease you will get a bill for gate fee's, ELECTRICAL FEE'S(even though you already have an electrical bill from GA power, pest fee (I never see them spray, roaches are everywhere) and a trash fee! This bill is around $100 extra dollars on top of your rent and household bills and if not paid you WILL get evicted!

Just so you know Heartland is owned by The Connor Group and it's all a way to get more money out of residents. The Connor Group are money hungry monsters. Get out as soon as you can.
