Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
this place really did not have to be that bad. but when the trash is just a big hole rats will come. they are no longer just around the trash. is it so hard to cover up the hole and make another arrangement for trash'
don't ever call the 1 800 number and report a problem. it does not get relayed back to the office.
i only have a few more months and i am out . can't wait
