I think this property has the potential to be ok, but right now it is definitely not worth what they are charging. I have had a lot of problems since I moved in (the apartment wasn't really ready). THe trash compactor is always full - gates are always broken - and nothing can be fixed in a timely manner. They also never give you any notice (usually posted 5 minutes before something happens) when they are turning something off or coming into your apartment. They just can't seem to get their act together in the management office, although they are very nice. If you fix everything yourself, and don't have high expectations I guess you could tolerate it here. But why would you, when you could go right down the street and get a better apartment for the same price'
