My wife and I lived here for 1 year: 2002-2003. On our move-in date, we drove 250 miles only to find out that our apartment was a complete mess. The management had forgotten to have it cleaned, and it looked like a disaster area. After calling the coporate office, we were put up in a hotel, and our dinner was paid for. The next day we were able to move in.

During our stay, we had numerous bug problems. Especially with roaches. The big mutated kind that look like something from a horror film. Also, there was a rat infestation in the dumpster. Oh, and we couldn't go out on the porch because of a wasp problem.

If you don't pay extra for a garage space, assume that you will have to walk around the entire complex to get to your apartment. After 5 pm, there are no parking spaces anywhere in front of the apartments themselves. You have to go park in the extra space by the leasing office.

The staff in the leasing office is completely inadequate, and to get any real service, you have to get the corporate dogs after them.

Also, if you shop around you will find MUCH better rates on better properties.
