Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
I relocated from NY to Atlanta and lived in Archstone from 2/02-2/03. During that time there was a different management team and leasing consultants. It was a very nice place to live until the last few months before I signed my lease. There were condoms at the swimming pool, 40 ounce beer bottles at the entrance, the gate was always broken, and those damn filthy rats at the trash compactor. I noticed the quality of service went downhill, and all these ghetto ass people started moving in. What a disappointment.
