Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
 
Office staff is disorganized. Maint staff NEVER fixes anything on the first try. Usually takes SEVERAL attempts to get anything fixed. The buildings are old and reaching the point where stuff is breaking frequently. I moved in under Archstone and everything was great, the place has gone to hell under the new management company.
