Having lived on and off here for several years under two managements, I can say that I do miss the old management. However, things have improved under this new management and it's obvious to me that they try.

Unlike what I'm reading about other complexes, the company is responsive and friendly. The other thing is that I know some of the staff live on property, which I think actually is a good sign that some things are okay.

There have been some notices regarding some break-ins, but that happens all over this area, and probably a lot more as you head downtown. I do get annoyed by the gate constantly being broken by idiot delivery people or folks who don't know how to use the call box, but this is a constant theme in any complex in Atlanta.

My only real criticism about this apartment has to do with how the interiors are becoming outdated. That's not something easy for a complex to fix, but it sure makes some of the other area apartments look appealing. (But then agian, some of those are noisy, poorly built, and have crime issues if you read the other reviews.)

Overall, I'm okay with living here but will try to look around to see what other options are in this area.
